I am able to focus on me and my family, which has provided me with crazy fulfilled happiness. 

Definitely will have to work with someone more experienced and fulfill.

I've completed 1 semester of that successfully and recently (approx 60 days ago) decided that I have a goal of retiring using real estate and looking at the current education push as a way to fulfill the 7th remedy for a lean purse (Richest man in babylon reference) although I just finished the audiobook a week or so ago.So, I found myself already on the right path for several of the things and after reading that, Rich Dad Poor Dad and in the process of Think and Grow Rich my mindset has been changed from a poor person who has been struggling in life to a wealthy real estate investor who is just getting started with both of those goals.

Then collect for not fulfilling the lease, not giving the 30 day notice, whatever you are allowed AFTER they are gone.

Amazon, L'Oreal, Ross, Target, Ikea, etc. are all starting to move their fulfillment facilities to our area which brings a lot of jobs and value growth.  

Hello All,My name is Kyle Hartzell and I am currently a Field Superintendent for a construction company in the Des Moines, IA area and starting Real Estate Investing  to ultimately fulfill my wife and I's financial goals.

However, I do let the seller know that no matter what who ends up buying the property, the seller will get the full amount of the agreed selling price, even if someone else steps in my place to fulfill the purchase, which, as a wholesaler is exactly what happens.

Now that i have business funding, can i pay myself back, fulfill the notes?    

Daily progress is the real goal...the end result is never fulfilling as we constantly move the goal line.If my mind is spinning and I can't sleep, I listen to a podcast to distract me.
