If not, it cost you $3k to see the true color of a family member.

Lawns are crazy high, trash everywhere, houses painted crazy colors. 

It dies because the sellers "Uncle Fred" (an assembly line worker from Hamtramack) has convinced the buyers that he once had an electrical panel like that and it was nothing but problems and they should get out while they can, he also hates the neighborhood and has no idea why anyone would use that color siding....

I’m an OOS investor and the realtor was good on the first go and this time around she won’t return calls or text it’s like she just went dark.

Of course these are shooting in the dark unless there is a direct need for that industry in the area.

The next day all communication went dark before I was able to schedule a time to meet or give them an offer.
