Is the foreclosed property large enough to contain it's own septic field and could it afford selling off a strip to accommodate the encroachment?

Hey everyone, Has anyone used shipping containers for a project??

In the fourplex I lived in, the owner was extra awesome and provided poop bags and a small separate waster container.

Go meet with the neighbor and ask them to contain the bull and fix the damage. 

It contains the most important forms: application form, lease, ruels and regulations, lead disclosure, smoke detector and CO2 notice,  pet agreement, non standard rules (lawn and snow etc), 5 day notice and folders. 

THE INFORMATION CONTAINED WITHIN THIS ANALYSIS SHOULD NOT BE COSTRUED IN ANY WAY AS AN APPRAISAL.

Unit #1 contains 2 bedrooms, 1 bath with monthly income of $850.

Appraisal came back with a “possible roof leak based on peeling paint on the ceiling” and “insulation on the steam pipes in the basement appears to be friable and MAY contain asbestos”.
