That is called fraud by inducement.

No judge would allow you to evict someone living in compliance with a lame lease because you don't like what they are doing.I know lots of folks have said evict the bums but it's practically not easy and will be expensive. 

You go out to the local mortgage banker and produce your two years of tax records and....low and behold, they treat you like you're a bum...few of them even add back in depreciation when they look at your scedules.

The deal fell apart and I was pretty bummed out but I wasn’t giving up. 4 offers later I finally got the perfect property for me and did a conventional loan.

I was bummed because i wanted to secure the deal this past weekend but its going on tueday and i have yet to get a reply from her and i called and the havent answered the phone.

The big argument I get is "I'm not going to have my tax dollars supporting this bum".

If they paid cash, they'll just be a little bummed.
