I have looked into opening SEP IRA's, Individual 401(k), Roth IRA's, Solo 401(k)'s all in my business name and every choice seems to have great opportunities and all are better than my money sitting in my bank account.

We have been keeping it parked on the sideline however beacause were getting married in August and want to ideally walk away from the wedding without any debt and perhaps profit a few K.

I'd shy away from Hard Money Lenders and look for someone who has a pension, 401(k) or IRA that wants to make a good return.
