I am talking about smell, stains and claw snags.

This includes that all driveway areas are to be kept clean and free of grease, oil, and paint stains.

In my experience even if everything is working fine the water may still cause yellow stains on sinks and tubs.

Once you get the paint off and the wood is dry, re-stain it with something close to the original stain and see how it looks.  

It needs to be a "complete" home to get a regular mortgage.Is a home with a gross kitchen that needs to be torn down to the studs, nasty showers, yellow smoke stains on the walls, 50 years of grime everywhere, etc, in "live-in" condition?

After that day- I realized how crazy it is to let them leave without paying what they agreed to in the lease - and nothing toward the dirty carpets, dirty walls, mold in bathrooms, oil stains in the garage and driveway, etc and free rent they accumulated.

The 30 year old home had all wood stained doors, baseboards, trim, original cabinets, original everything!

I know that if I just sand and stain cupboards or paint the bathroom, I will not inspire anyone to spend more than comparables in the area; a self-fulfilling prophecy.

I believed them, because of the location of the water stains on the living room ceiling.
