What is missing from all the deal finding solutions that currently exist?  

I also plan to open a property management business when I get there so I can be a one stop solution for out of town investors. 

That being said, it's important to be cautious of known brand/marketers mostly; oftentimes, they come with a lot of unnecessary overhead and just white-label their services out to other CPAs.

Your background in programming and technology can be a huge asset in your real estate journey and I always find it interesting to hear about innovative solutions. 

Sorry if this question has been asked before...Has anyone used Starlink as a solution for Mid-Term Rental internet service? 

I also did a number of things around getting better leases created, purchasing a property management solution, formalizing a business plan, etc.  

Solutions to your problem are: 1) buy in a less expensive area where price to rent ratios are better, 2) buy three- and four-units instead of duplexes to benefit from more of the income, and 3) buy "off market" from sellers who may be willing to sell at steep discounts and where you're not competing against the masses. 

Giving them an easy solution can be a great way to try and SF a deal. 

It's not a perfect solution, but it could be a fair compromise for both sides.
