Traded in my 98 Nissan Frontier that was making some funny noises intermitenlty for 1500 bucks and financed the remaining 6500 on the Silverado.

LVP isn't practical in upstairs apartments because it doesn't dampen noise like carpet would.Aside from flooring, the next biggest problem is landscaping followed by appliances.

But I’ve had an AC valve fail 2 years in, a refridge that the guest didn’t shut all the way and food spoiled, people unhappy with neighbor noise, etc. sometimes things are beyond your control and those still get reflected in reviews.

@Trevor Gaal its not a bad goal i did it last month i know guys that close multiple deals in 30 days however they have a team that's what i don't have yet but i will soon im networking now heavy  its im focusing on a new area and a better network im 24/7 gotta make sure i get a lil sleep type grinding.
