Harrisburg University also has plans on constructing a new building in the downtown area next to bar row (2nd street is a one-way street downtown and is referred to as restaurant/bar row) . 

Downtown LV also seems to have a lot of revitalization even though it has its very slum parts it seems like it is headed in the right direction. 


The duplex has a great location close to downtown.

I know of a small town that is in need of having many of the buildings in the downtown area flipped.  

It was a project started this decade where the city of Atlanta has repurposed an old rail system (out of use) and is putting in connected neighborhood parks, 10-ft wide bike, scooter, walk, run path, and a light rail system adjacent to it, all the way around the downtown area of Atlanta.

Are you referring to just the downtown areas or do you mean even in the suburbs?

I love downtown Juneau, the Douglas island scene, all of it.

I currently commute from Olathe to downtown everyday, so eliminating that from my life for good will also be a plus!
