I just want people to go into these things with eyes wide open and ask lot's of questions.Some turn key companies keep the diamonds ( with profits from selling marginal property to others) and sell the duds to build their own portfolio of success quickly but leave a path of total carnage on the backs of others.I don't invest in SFR but if I did I would buy in high quality areas.
