Both locks use the smart key technology and are super easy to change.

They might utilize inadequate technology with you and your tenants. 

Just accounting is a small part but pair that up with alternate asset investing strategies a(aka real estate one example) and you become much more powerful than just a simple CPA.I do my own accounting using as much technology as it's available, and I find it very easy.

Technology has mostly eliminated the need.

I will also be reaching out those who are currently using this technology to further do my due diligence.

Though within 6-8 month it looks slightly difficult to develop a property, but nothing is impossible in today's age with so much of technological development.
