@Jay Helms My daily activities to achieve this goal have been listening to 1-2 of the BiggerPockets Podcasts per day, watching YouTube videos on deal analysis.

With the highest job and population growth of any city in Ohio, the incredible transformation of areas that 1 or 2 years ago were D- and now B+ its an exciting time to be involved in real estate in Ohio.

This reminds me of a YouTube video advising a HELOC instead of a mortgage.

@Jordan Beckett I run a YouTube channel focusing on different methods of investing and made a video on Feb 25th about a house I had seen in Roseburg for ~44k surrounding houses are 100k+, talked about rehab costs and such looking ~25-30k and reappraising above 100k afterwards.  

@Richard Naimy I have some episodes on my channel on YouTube (Luke Chung) that gives my advice on how to look for properties and what markets.
