The inspection did reveal some minor to major issues but due to the fact that our offer doesn't constitute a "deal," we want the seller to make the repairs or provide some credit. 

They absolutely can not reveal the price of other offers.

If you decide to move forward with the deal then inspections will reveal a lot of this anyway but it's of course cheaper to ask and see what they'll volunteer.Hope this helps!

The actual lessee may be able to provide more details though I would verify with the property landlord that the tenant was permitted to sublet and what the requirements for that would be.I would also do a background and credit check on them, these items can reveal a lot of information about them personally, including previous addresses.

There was a plastic sheet (black garbage bag) taped up on the ceiling, when removed, revealed a water spots and some mold forming maybe about a 2ftx2ft area.
