I wonder how if you filter with no checking account no rent to you.. how that would go.. or are you just one of the victims on their way to losing their checking account privileges.

.) :-) Thankfully that didn't put a sour tast in our mouth but only drove home the desire to LEARN about real estate and becoming entrepreneurs in that space.So if anyone is near me either in Va or North Carolina being that I'm only hour away from Durham would like to reach out and network it would be a great privilege.

We pay a lot in dollars for these privileges, and we don't take them for granted.We have seriously considered leaving multiple times, because even on a 6-figure salary as a pharmacist, it's challenging to make even a frugal living here.

However, I do work from home full time (worked very hard at my company for this privilege) & I have been able to cut the daycare cost & be more flexible.

WE live in the Jet age for me personally travel is one big privilege that is worth spending the money on. 

It would be a total privilege to be able to give a check of a couple thousand dollars to a local food bank or church a couple times a month.

You're talking about some broker-than-broke bozo who decides to rips off SNAP, SSI, the food banks, and HUD for the grand privilege of living in a cheap rental, maybe he has an illegal job on the side that brings in $150 bucks one week, $80 another, and Bozo spends that cash and what he manages to make trading half his food stamps and a big can of cling peaches away for his Kools, Crazy Stallion 40s, and a dime bag...Do you really think this is how America's going to flounder and fail?

Living in America is probably the greatest privilege imaginable to people that are willing to pay the price for success.

They do things their own way and impose high taxes for the privilege of living and doing business there.

They can barely afford to pay their mortgages and taxes there and live in perpetual fear that they'll have to downgrade or move their kids out of the school system they're in, an unthinkable loss of social status.As their kids grow, they unthinkingly strengthen then strong and weaken the weak, culminating in too many avoidable instances of weak, brittle, fearful young people of privilege who are unable to deal with any sort of real adversity and only really do anything when faced with the possibility that inaction might significantly damage their own precious social status, documented daily on Instagram, Facebook, etc.So in my private life of old friends and family, I find myself somewhat hemmed in by incredibly hard-working people who care a great deal about social status and constantly make utterly inane excuses about why they're all so damned broke as they drive massively depreciating cars and live in houses that are dumpster fires of various expenses.
