Will the case worker share whatever I communicate with tenant therefore making a difficult relationship potentially worse?

His communication is excellent, he is willing and able to answer questions and give honest feedback about properties (he doesn't just try to sell you on anything and everything), and he has experience with investment properties.

That would be an amazing place to start and build banking relationships.

Most issues will pop up in the first few months as guests use the place regularly, so have a good relationship with a handyman and maybe throw him some small jobs so that he will be on standby when needed.

Why don't they just develop a relationship with a bank (or banks)?

We stayed in touch with sellers, following up with them even when they weren’t ready to sell.We listened to their concerns, stayed present, and maintained relationships for years.
