There are a lot of bumps in the road that you will encounter but if you push through it is possible.Before you really get started you really need to determine what your over all goal is.

Most loans I have encountered are tied in to personal guarantee with a great source of income, not sure why it is such a big deal when company income is much more reliable than personal.  

However, I've never encountered a circumstance wherein a past client needed settlement paperwork from the purchase or refinance mortgage in order to realize the full tax benefits of having an investment property.

I made up a bunch of day glow orange stickers that say "I buy houses" and everytime I go to the grocery store, I place on sticker on the handle of my shopping cart.

All,It seems like only yesterday, I was posting about our $5K snow removal costs for Winter 2013-2014.Yesterday was our first encounter with Winter 2014-2015, leaving us with ~6" of very we snow ... schools are closed, most folks were caught w/o their winter tyres mounted (I put a set on one of our vehicles on Saturday evening, but have yet to do the other).  

Here are the problems when dealing with a newbie:1) Even experienced rehabbers encounter repair overruns.

I have never encountered this.
