That would be a terrible way to suck passion out of something I love so much.I think it is time to consolidate.

This may require consolidating your 50+ houses to come up with the money, but it could allow you to scale up without buying the giant apartment complex that you are comparing your other option to.

An LLC wouldn't technically add coverage available if something happened.I usually suggest to consolidate all of their policies and increase liabilities on their policies.
