The problem usually turns out to be one of: closed register, furniture over registers or bedroom doors closed (with dirty cloths on the floor blocking the draught under the door).

From what I remember the IRS is looking for elements that constitute employment such as: you have to set their hours, require they wear a uniform/clothing, etc.

They can't go do it only online etc.90% of retail closures last year are clothing and furniture related stores.So with retail it's about the location and design of your center along with the make up of the tenant mix.

I'd say read some good books and go to some local meetings and meet people but also work work work and save save save now, while you're responsibilities are slim to none.Drive a 1992 honda accord, go to resale shops for clothes and pack them lunches.Good luck!

The chances are the wire is cloth covered and the gauge of the wire is not sufficient to handle a hair dryer and a toaster at the same time.As for the siding check your municipal code.
