Anyone have any painters they would recommend that would work in Butler? 

I did hire someone to fix the HVAC and run air ducts through the attic, an exterior painter, and a few handymen to help with countertops, floors, and odd jobs. 

My painter charged me around $8K for everything when my contractor wanted to charge me $21K.

In fact my painter even mentioned the same thing to me when I told him what I was thinking of doing.  

I sent a carpet install, painter, and had a handyman do some basic with lightbulb and such, then had a cleaning lady wrap it all up.

The % of home value that I spent on any of the three flips was the value of my work and the cost of good primer, paint, and equipment, as well as some skilled help from a Ukrainian painter, about €4500 total.

If needed I can refer you to other pros as well (maintenance, painters, plumbers electricians architects).

There has been a lot of development closer to Trinity Grove, but development has been slower along Singleton, near Westmoreland and Hampton.Seems there is lots of growth and major potential for appreciation.

Or, buy a radon test kit and do it myself.Also, does anyone have a good referral for a home inspection in Westmoreland County?

Maybe your market has a lot of painters but not a lot of landscapers.
