The 9-5 job seems to be obsolete as long as the task is done, but again, when working at home some people (maybe most) are not as productive in a relaxed environment.Older Generation - Technology has always been a hindrance to many of the older generation.

This is very frustrating because calling from a cell to out of state is very costly, and with all the new technology around I just don't see any good reason to do that. 

However with modern technology there are alternative ways of solving the issue including desalinization.

And many of these firms are hiring talent of all ages certainly, but in the area of robotics, sciences and other technology fields, a lot of  young urban professionals are coming from CMU and need places to live close to these businesses. 

Take a look at what today is the majority of wealth builders in our society...technology.

You'd think in this day and age that filling out the forms online and using all this technology at our disposal would actually speed up the process, not the opposite!

Well I made it over there by day 7 load up their website and the service within the duplex was so bad I couldn't even navigate to the next page (problem one with a self-inspection, you can't control the technology someone has).Now a few weeks later we have been threaten with another cancellation and I have about 3 days to get this completed.
