I would definitely be willing to join to have a dependable and experienced Super / Jack-of-all-Tradesman who would handle one-off tenant requests.

I would also join local FB groups and meetups to learn specific issues that folks in Philly deal with.

Attend some REI meetups in your area and join local investor FB groups.
