If I could suggest one thing, replace your Facebook/Pinterest/twitter/instagram/other social media time with bigger pockets forum time.

Podcasts, books, Instagram, Twitter....BRRRR your way to freedom!!!

The agent has an Instagram page  where they post videos of the projects they are building using the pool of money. 

If you're okay with it, I would be posting it to our Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter feeds.

There are so many names I could list from podcasts, to linkedin connections, instagram accounts etc who have impacted me to work towards this shift in Q4 of 2019 into 2020. 

@Matt Ballenger thanks and you are correct -- I think information is key and I'm not one of those instagram investors (apologies to those who are) -- it seems like some of them are always on there talking about how great and wonderful things are, but like most things on social media, we only see the "successes", not the build-up of what it takes to be successful.

 I met someone through Instagram who told me he would mentor me as far as wholesaling went.

Good to have an attorney on retainer who can help head that off with a scary letter (the highly technical term me and my lawyer buddies use for it is a "nasty-gram").

Side note: I agree with @Ola Dantis, i recently deleted insta off my phone and now whenever I have the edge to "passtime" i just open the biggerpockets app and browse through the forums.

I’m not very savvy with Facebook/Instagram etc.
