Work with a knowledgeable independent agent/broker 

I was a commercial real estate broker at the time and we were getting all these offers based on “creative” financing; whereby the seller ended up receiving a dubious note instead of cash for his equity.  

The issue I have is that the customer support at FTF is pretty horrendous.

As of now, many potential sites were either identified by broker/developer or too expensive to acquire.

We decided to diversify in a few ways...given as a Broker Owner we only controlled TWO things, our roster and more effectively monetization of ALL our transactions.
