There are still some older homes between Hwy 12 and downtown that may be available, but also like I mentioned, I am very much in the infant phases of this process and my judgment is based on a limited search through online listings, so a deeper digging into the market may very well reveal much more opportunity than I anticipate.

Ive been through hundreds of inspections, so I think my expectations are pretty realistic for what they can reveal, which is not as much as the laymen thinks.

The living room is on the other side.An industrial sized Corn Flakes box covering a 12" hole in the ceiling since 2011.Kitchen demo revealed huge openings behind the cabinets where the critters had been living.The highway to heaven. multiple openings into the crawl space.The electrical needed some serious help.
