Not sure why it took me so long to join, but I'm here now.A little bit about me, I'm currently a full time photographer originally from Australia but now based out of Oklahoma, you can see some of my work here: I also do a lot of digital marketing(specializing in Email Marketing and Customer Journeys) and graphic design on the side.I've been really getting into real estate over the last couple years with a few rentals and about to open our first Airbnb, hopefully start of June.I really want to dive straight in and see where this takes me.

Cash out - make money pay taxes and that is that [or buy a cute beach condo - furnish rental and have a place to go when not renting out etc] If you are in Southern CA - get a Newport Beach or Dana Point - something kinda cool.

That way you at least know what kinds of pets are on your property ahead of time, and it lowers the chance of putting you in a bad position of finding out a family got their children a cute puppy that they love and you come in and tell them the dog has to go.
