I am interested in one day building to larger apartment complexes and have always wondered myself.

I can't even imagine how many levels of complexity real estate investing has, which is where the intimidating part comes in. 

However, I am really having trouble understanding the acquisition and complexities around financing my project(s).Is it as hard as I am making it out to be in my head?  

I knew that was a possibility, I just wasn't sure that I wanted to deal with any zoning complexities and large rehab projects right off the bat.  

If you are not in the place to do those two things, then finding deals to wholesale is a bit more complex.

I was talking to this seller about her wanting to sell her apartment complex and everything was going well and then I asked if we can get a your and all that.
