I have a  full-time marketing coordinator and virtual assistant that send out the mailers and tweak/test the copy and track campaigns.

It's the only one I know of that can be fed financials and spit out a model that is almost done (requires your own tweaks).

You didn’t need a PM you needed a tweak to your system. 

You can get a good idea of what opportunities are on the market and tweak certain variables to understand how they effect your return on investment

You just need to tweak a few things and make sure all your systems line up.

Schedule out to mail the list 3 to 5 times every 7 to 10 days and track results.You most likely will need to tweak the headline, copy and call to action until you find the right mix to get prospects to contact you.

Hey @Clark Henderson, I'm with @Tim Johnson here: The direct approach is faster and better.That said, here's a tweak from a guy who operates outside of the U.S. most of the year, and therefore must work through others:See if you can get the neighbor to refer you: "Hey, I know a guy who helps folks in your situation who might be open to hearing about some creative solutions.

Even though its rare, it can still be found.I suggest tweaking your numbers a little bit; homes after 1980, push for 1.1% rule and under 130k.

He does these designs very affordable, so I'm excited that I get to make all the tweaks I want. 

@Catherine Javier I would tweak Brett's advice and ask for a $500 deposit. 4 dogs can wreck some furniture.
