I've cam up with a $280k ARV because to properties on the street and block sold 7 months ago for just of $300K same style, rooms and similar sqft, only major difference is the house I might be possibly rehabbing has only 1 bathroom and the rest that sold for just over 300k has 2 bathrooms.

So adding on a kitchen and bath may literally require whole new plumbing because mobiles used old style plastic cheap stuff that rots away and you can't fix or add toi.

They did work to the house without my consent, and blamed it on email not getting to me so they assumed it was OK (needless to say words were exchanged, they paid half).I am more on the Laissez-faire style of management when it comes to my management skills being at work or in business.

I begin investing in Tax Liens approximately two weeks ago.I felt the timing was right and since I had some disposable income, I jump head first.I am still relatively new to the area and invited a fellow business colleague to assist me with accessing some of the areas; well a partnership was born.Although, we are both novices in Tax Liens, I have a solid background in researching topics (mostly taxation) but I digress so I felt mildly comfortable with this sudden turn of events.Well in hindsight, my partner and I management style is vastly different; this is where the slight nuisances started to appear.
