You need software to manage the lists to write large quantities of direct mail pieces and to manage bulk email.I am a master at working at working with imported data, direct mail, bulk email and working with thousands of records at a time.

@Guy Idan this is a really tough question cause Syndications can be both large and small, local and national.  

When you finish college in 4 years you'll still be in a large pool of people with Real Estate/Finance degree.
