We recommend not forgiving more than one late payment.Were there any noise violations or disturbances?

In both cases you need to make sure you don't miss critical issues due to noise. 

There is so much white noise trying to tell us what to think, that we need to make a conscious choice to think for ourselves and come to our own conclusions.

It might take longer, but if it were me, and the guy doing all the work was the one coming and saying "sorry for the noise" up front, it would make me feel a lot easier than a letter. 

When I began wholesaling it felt like a grind, like a hustle (which I love), but as I talk and interview with brokerages it feel like an actual career shift, which is a good thing.
