It depends on your personal situation, risk tolerance, and future goals; and there are legal, tax, and practical implications (banking, financing, insurance, etc.). 

Given my current situation as a second-year college student working part-time, I would like to ask about additional steps I can take to further my education or learning experience in the real estate field.

I live out of the area so it’s harder for me to get my eyes on the exact situation.

All the information is out there, but having Thach and his team and hundreds of other students where you can get any question or situation answered in a few hours is a plus to me.
