A unit could represent an apartment in a 12-unit building that rents for $500 a month with utilities included or a unit can be a 3,000 sq.ft. home on 20 acres that rents for $3,000 a month.And the type of unit and rent doesn't mean anything because that large home may rent for $3,000 a month but the mortgage is $2,600 a month which only leaves $400 a month to cover all expenses and will be a losing proposition.
