If I was going to do it, I would grind/etch off the glazing and level the surface with a flexible thinset before moving forward.But I can't envision where I would do this.

i have 2 bathrooms with fiberglass tub and shower s they are old but but still look ok i want to keep them and just put new doors on them and get this place rentedthe ploblem is when you stand in them they seem to flex and make a slight squeek noise seems kinda flimsey is there and way to bulk them up i was thinking of getting to the undersidethrough the out side acess doors and spraying that foam or something under there to give it some more support ,,, any ideas ?

Sometimes, these people have gone ahead and gotten pets despite what their lease says, other times they're just borrowing a pet from someone else, but I still don't want it in my unit even for a day or two because of smell and noise and bite-risk.

Overall, if its just one room, I'd grind it down and epoxy over it, and have a 10+ year floor for my rental that would look great with area rugs.
