When you're young it's easy to go off and spend hours and days being distracted and to get off the path you're trying to follow.

You don't want to give potential leads the ability to navigate to other parts of the website and distract them from giving you their information. 

Keeps your mind in the game and focuses you on projecting, not getting distracted reading.I would survey the market a bit and find a kind of content that is very uncommon for realtors to produce.

It is better than having to send notice of late payment for the usual 'distracted' tenants.

@Denny Moody - put your money and all your efforts into your start-up and use BP as a minor distraction.

It can distract you from what is most important and that is getting your money working for you.

There are some simple things he can do like you pointed out , getting rid of the distractions and all the unnecessary busy stuff.Other than the overkill in a few places he has a simple clean design which is key to grabbing people's attention and keeping them on your page long enough to click on something.

Online classes are great but you need to be sure you will commit to sitting down and not letting anything distract you.

It's the kind of thing that I would recommend people do on an actual computer instead of a mobile device, and in an environment without a lot of distractions, but it's really no big deal.
