Might have missed that, but if it's a FSBO and you've had no luck, get it listed.That is a cheap toilet, I'd take that off in the pictures.I'd also turn off the indirect lighting in the ceiling, it first appears (to me) as it being a painted contrast and colors seem to clash a bit, IMO.
