I have narrowed down five different US cities where I would like to begin my investing journey and plan on picking one in the near future. 

Popular vacation destinations, like Florida's Panhandle (Destin, Panama City Beach, etc.), are worth looking into because of the year-round demand for rentals.

They lose money when they do not know the area and they dont know what the right price is that they need to buy at.What city are you in @Arvind Mohan?

My tenants called the City to try and get it adjusted, and they pushed it onto me.How would you handle the situation?

We even pay tax to the city of Kennesaw for this same property, even though the address is in Acworth. 2.

Then call the city and report it.

Most of the regs prohibit it within the city, so I would check and see if the area you are looking allow it.Your best bet is to look at the markets on VRBO and AirBNB and see what is out there right now.

However, I discovered on my own that the city ordered the property to be demolished in 2022, which I’m okay with.

It's "Diversified Investors Group" or "DIG" - Their main meeting is in the northern suburbs, but they also have smaller group meeting in and around the city.
