Go to the horses mouth, call your banks loan department and ask them.

All of a sudden you'll have $2K in flights (easily) and once you throw in a rental car, hotel night(s), food, etc. you'll have 10% of your purchase price just in travel.Anyway, I'm beating a dead horse but this sounds like a horrible idea to me :-)

The way wholesaling works is, be a shark, be relentless, never give up, keep pushing, hustling... cry here and there a bit,  curse at some douchebag sellers, and get back on the horse and kill it bubbles!

I'd suggest you start with a real estate Investor rather than a real estate Agent if you want to make Real Money. (80% of real estate agents aren't making a living at real estate and you don't want to hook your wagon up to the wrong horse.)

I'm very much of the stance that forming an LLC before you buy anything is very much putting the cart before the horse.
