If you have one, the bill is higher because more voltage is required to run your devices due to a loss in the line.Once you have identified the problem area, you can work on solutions.

Most agents will expect to double-end it, which is still not unreasonable if you expect them to work both seller and buyer sides of closing the transaction (as transaction broker, or dual-agent depending on your state).

My agent would still get compensated regardless because they are hourly.I'd rather pay a buyer's agent hourly than try to deal with a dual agent situation and hope to negotiate the seller's agent down on their dual commission.
