Sometimes you have to bust your a$$ today to relax on it tomorrow.

There's a nice chapter in The One Thing that talks about willpower being a muscle and it fatiguing over the course of a day.

I have some general ideas about its direction:- Purely Networking and sharing ideas, not a space to pitch at people like some other events- Relaxed environment - Free meetings - Some type of media integration- The goal is to connect good, high-quality people - Meet once a month for several hours - The group would not act as a business as some other RE groups or meetups (no memberships, paid classes, etc)If this is something you would be interested in and feel that there is a need for this please let me know and give me feedback! 

In my experience appraisals are somewhat more relaxed when it comes to a HELOC also, but ymmv.

Equity,, use it to gain another property and grow,, so you can sit back in 3 years and relax.. 

If we come to an agreement, the sellers can relax knowing that this house is now taken care of and off their list of things to worry about.One recent seller was in the house painting and putting together a list of things that needed to be fixed so they could sell the house (estate situation, not her residence). 

Be advised however, that small claims is a relaxed atmosphere and the normal court rules of civil procedure are liberally applied.

So, relax, and try to enjoy your stay in Miami, of course, giving the circumstances.  

Plus they tend to stay longer, and tenant turn over is such a headache....I'd rather relax and sip lattes than deal with frequent turnovers ;)

Chris,We're an architecture firm that does work all over California and we have been doing a LOT of ADUs recently because of the recent Senate Bill passing that relaxes a lot of the typical restrictions.
