What are the tenant laws?

My father in law a 7th grade drop out self made millionaire used to say "KISS" keep it simple stupid..... he died 3 years ago I sure miss him.

 7 days is a legal requirement plus to get a loan from application to processing through underwriting cleared and closing docs  May I ask what law specifies 7 days.

All local laws apply but i would think you are illegally operating a multifamily home that has not been permitted.

But this keeps you legal in OHIO as a wholesaler so I commend you for adhereing to the laws instead of trying to skirt them.

Here in Europe - Slovenia we have pro tenant laws and eviction does not work.
