I only got it solved by writing to the Director of the DMV, and sending him all the information.

If there were 3 people on the team the senior director might get 27k, the director 15k, the junior (new broker/agent) 8k.

A couple more things I am wondering now,1) Do these custodians/trust companies have their financials audited by an independent CPA firm and2) Do they have boards of directors?
