I am curious though: if you locate a good property, and by good I mean (as an example) 3br 2 ba SFH, in a hot zip code, with plenty of comps to figure ARV, at 70% of ARV minus well estimated repair costs and reasonable assignment fee, and then offer it as is to investors in current market, how difficult would it be to sell it if your trusted/connected buyers didn't want to buy it?

We have 4 virtual assistants and we will keep hiring more so we want a "simple" and easy solution.We tried OwnerRez, but it was just too difficult for us to use and pick up fast.We tried Hospitable, which was easy to use and the VA's had positive feedback.

There's lots of brands out there so user reviews would be bests to select but just know it may be more difficult to remove and some might have to be steamed and peeled off.

I have seen that creating a site through a PMS is not a good idea since it makes it difficult to chnage PMS in the future and you may not have the full rights to your URL.
