Ever heard the story of the farmer in Africa who heard of great wealth from diamonds, he only needed to find them. 

Caldwell is one of the hottest areas in our metro market and this home was a diamond in the rough- needed some love, but within walking distance to great restaurants, parks, hipster coffee shops, etc.

I would recommend you keep trying until you find one that has all the characteristics you want, eventually you'll find that diamond in the rough.
