Christmas or your birthday, with the exception of funerals and your own wedding, the voicemail or concern at hand should be dealt with.I speak from experience when I say this because I've answered those calls and returned those voicemails many times on holidays.

Midday Sunday or a Tue /Wed afternoon seems to be the best turnout, when we have tried.If you have the application and they are someone that you do not feel is qualified to rent the unit, then you would not do a showing.Again, the market will determine if there is enough demand to have a policy of application first, then showing to qualified prospects second.

A blended strategy might work better, I'm not wedded to pulling out 100% of my costs in the refi.

I would have some free time during Wed and Thursday and perhaps Friday (I already have a place to stay for Thursday).

:-( Unfortunately I work nights Sun - Wed so I won't be able to make it again in January.

Just wanted to give an update, if anyone here is still wondering..We closed on wed, and hit the ground running.
