Good luck - the good contractors are quite busy and not really out looking for new customers - I have a great roofer, painter, HVAC and Plumber to share - but general contractors, not so much.

Alex, I had my home painted by a local painter, he was showing me some pictures of his work and he painted some beautiful cabinets.

I had a painter who charged me for an electric sander.

Wellllll... we received an unexpected visit from a city building inspector while we had a painter at work.

Seriously if you need a contractor, painter, plumber, and someone to run the numbers and advertise I can get it done.

@Stephen Sada I’m currently on my 5th mouth house hacking in westmoreland county.

You have to call the painter and ask how much per sf they charge.

Timing is critical to ensure we have everything we need to stage the house as soon as the painters complete work on the 20th. 

Granted the original brick was painted beforehand and this is the first coat on the new brick, hopefully our painters can pull some moves and get everything looking good!

In fact, I had one of the painters help me unload, reload, and pack more of his crap in the truck since he didn't stack anything right and would have NEVER gotten it all in.
