If they decide it’s not for them, I will likely liquidate it all long before I’m done.I would leave some to charity but most likely it would be a college institution

They are probably thinking of MA right next door, where it IS true.

Which Banks in Boston are doing non-owner occupied construction loans? I called Century, Middlesex, Enterprise and they won't do it for non-owner occupied? Century referred me to East Boston Savings Bank.. Any others?
