I am installing Minut this week, we have a log-in to another owners minut account, it appears rather helpful so long as you install multiple devices inside and outside, although like anything it will take a lot of testing an tweaking with placement a threshold/notification settings.

Create or tweak one to fit your criteria. 

If you can figure that out first, then you upgrade to a dialer and tweak your processes.

So, I think you'll get the feedback from folks that love each of the podcasts, but may miss the biggest areas for improvement from those that don't.I would have tweaked the survey to have a final set of questions "anything you want to share about... and mention the "non-chosen" podcasts.

AND similarly by all business's, a "value-add" is looking at that business and saying "Hey, look at that, if I just tweak a bit here, tinker a bit there, vhwallah, i can increase revenues 20% and MAKE MORE!".
