You Can get title insurance without a survey….it just won’t cover anything that would be Revealed by a survey…easements, encroachments, etc.I’d be curious too as to Why it can’t be surveyed, surely they gave a reason?

You still think we should get one after it's too late to do anything about what it might reveal? 

But more importantly, those meetings will reveal who you should stay away from.

Here are some questions to ask yourself that may empower you to reveal the right answer for yourself:- Can I demand a month-to-month lease with this rental arbitrage company, so that I have control to back out?

A title search will not necessary reveal this.
