I accumulated about 50k in bills/expenses on cards during that time  and another 50k doing renovation on both rental property and my primary residence.

The residents do not seem to be STR friendly, so I would expect more restrictions in the months and years to come. 

My <500 ft studio apartment has been 90%+ occupied by MTR and the room we rent in my personal residence has been 80%+ occupied by MTR.

I fell into it accidentally, but decided to keep it in order to allow the residents to stay and not be displaced.
