I booked a 2 week trip to Asia to see family and relax.

You need to relax and think through your strategy.

@Matt GeertsWhile the 150K minimum investment size may have been relaxed, unless you are going to go through the costs of an offering - essentially becoming a private REIT - I think you still will be limited to "Accredited Investors".
